@UScellular I’ve been with you guys for 4 years with a BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH 7 LINES !!! My lines were suspended due to a payment error on your end . After 4 long years I am letting you guys go and switching carriers due to the poor customer service and care for your customers !

@AustinFischerTX Where I live and work- Customers get fed up with the dropped calls and "SOS"/"Emergency Calls Only"on UScellular and TMo. While VZ and AT&T have good coverage. Even though TMo+USC have 8 cell sites now vs 6 for AT&T/VZ- TMo+USC still has the worst native coverage in county.

@MarioNawfal UScellular could have done this and avoided being absorbed by Germans ($DTEGY is 54% owner of $TMUS). I worked there for 4 months before learning that the 5 LTE cores couldn't talk to one another. I met all the network engineers in Knoxville and asked what could be done to fix it. They said they couldn't fix it without a full tear down and TDS wouldn't pay for it so they were just waiting to retire. I quickly excited the building. 👋

@TMobileBusiness Exactly why we deployed our own private 5G network and worked with AT&T for roaming. TMobile just doesn't have the rural coverage to even claim its good when over 15% of their rural coverage is roaming. Not native. The collusive UScellular buyout won't fix the problems.

So I'm sure it's totally a coincidence that my cell service has gone to **** since the day after the @TMobile and @UScellular sale was finalized. I've been a US Cellular customer since 1998 and I'm about to give up on them. Whats the point of a cellphone if you can't use it.

Question for @TMobile @TMobileHelp I've been w @UScellular 4 years & their service has always been great in rural #NorCal For months now I can't even accept or make a call from 🏠 or anywhere in my neighborhood Should I be looking for a new carrier? Or is this temporary?

@UScellular and @USCellularcares suck huge *** and are criminals. They do not allow Discord calls or any multiplayer game server connections with their ****** internet "service". I plan to sue them.
