    @JonFreier @UScellular @TMobile US Cellular was best in my area in Oregon. So many times I had service and friends didn't. That was 15+ years ago but they were great.

    So I'm sure it's totally a coincidence that my cell service has gone to **** since the day after the @TMobile and @UScellular sale was finalized. I've been a US Cellular customer since 1998 and I'm about to give up on them. Whats the point of a cellphone if you can't use it.

    @TMobileHelp I'm currently connected via roaming on Verizon as a UScellular customer. TMobile customers are complaining because they don't have access to that roaming and lose service in my town. I've just been telling them to go to Verizon or Visible at this point.

    @JonFreier @UScellular @TMobile The best thing I did was leave T Mobile.... Horrendous service unless you are in a metropolitan area

    @UScellular and @USCellularcares suck huge *** and are criminals. They do not allow Discord calls or any multiplayer game server connections with their ****** internet "service". I plan to sue them.

    @TMobileHelp customer service is useless, from both companies, both @UScellular and @TMobile there have been multiple tickets, but know one will say when service will be restored,

    Ok so they don’t have the 16 plus anywhere so today I’m gonna ask my dad to order it online from the us cellular store and has anyone ordered it online from them before cause Idk what to do how to set it up like the service when it gets here please help #uscellular #Apple #help

    @TMobile Here's a story of promises gone bad. UScellular was great, but the service is seriously degraded since the switch to T-Mobile. Calling is hours of wasted time with no service improvement. What a joke.

    @JohnSaw @TMobile @JDPower Congrats for having great service. T Mobile just bought out US Cellular (Rated #1 for years). So far, They have killed my home phone service, My Spartan Cell cams that were dedicated USCellular systems and Now I Lose signal to just make a phone call where I NEVER had a problem.

    @UScellular as per usual, you guys rock! Been a loyal customer for a year, with my iPhone 15 plus and have had very good experience overall when needing extensions for paying my bill. 🫶🏻

    @TMobileHelp I've read it. It's why I opted out of the arbitration provision before the 30 day window when TMobile forced UScellular customers over to the TMobile Terms of Service. Even we don't charge activation fees to any of our 60k-ish customers.

    @UScellular it's incredibly frustrating paying 70$ a month for wifi internet only being able to use it part of the time, anyone who lives in Central Illinois I'd highly recommend against using this service as it's not worth the money and yes I've been in contact with CS multiple

    @Verizon I’m coming back to you soon. I was on @UScellular service but then they are @TMobile now and I’ve noticed a big difference. Don’t like it.

    @UScellular I’ve been with you guys for 4 years with a BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH 7 LINES !!! My lines were suspended due to a payment error on your end . After 4 long years I am letting you guys go and switching carriers due to the poor customer service and care for your customers !

    @JustTheNews they approved the merger of @UScellular and @TMobile and now i have to buy a new phone and $10 higher plan to get service where I've had service for the previous 8 years, please don't do #wethepeople any more favors,

    @AustinFischerTX The reason you lost signal at Buc-ee’s is because they have a UScellular keep site in that area and the phones latch on to that instead of the native macro site they built near the highway. Typically I am able to get gig speeds in and out of buc-ees. This will fix itself overtime

    @UScellular makes it impossible to stop service when a loved one dies. Their error in billing. Dealing with social security was a cake walk compared to cancelling a phone line.

    @UScellular been trying to contact your corporate escalations team for over 3 weeks and left 3 messages before the merger was complete. You cell service has been SOOOOO bad for the last month. Getting close to switching. Horrible service.
