Ben Roethig (@benroethig) reported from Dubuque, Iowa@USCellularCares They can't make major changes to your network. Sorry, but @USCellular just doesn't have the bandwidth for true LTE performance. @verizon does. I can't continue to pay for LTE while getting speeds that can't load an email.
