Beau Becraft (@BeauBecraft) reported from Quincy, Illinois@UScellular The standard phone reset, some sort of network reboot on the USC end, upgraded phones, turned off BT/wifi, tried speakerphone on/off, recorded audio with voice recorder to make sure it's not the mic.

Regular issue for my wife for months now. Now happening to me. Continuous help from USC provides no remedy. Looking into @sprint -- reviews from Quincy folks appreciated.

I guess it’s “fixed” now, which all they did was update my voice service and do the ultimate “have you tried turning it off and turning it back on?” move. Big bag of bologna.

Support doesn’t know what they’re doing. I’m getting charged full price. Can’t use phone when traveling for work. Absolute 🤡 show.

After 4 long years I am letting you guys go and switching carriers due to the poor customer service and care for your customers !
