    @TMobileHelp I’m having an issue trying to update the latest release (today) of visual voice mail on my Samsung Galaxy S10. No messages just goes from downloading and back to update in Google Play store. I cleared cache & data & restarted phone. Any guidance?

    Wow not only was my house net out because of the storm but my phone service and data was cut for the past 7 hrs. Hell of a way to start my new billing cycle @TMobile. Good thing I wasn't trapped under debris or anything.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @patmick2626 @icehockeystick It's a C+ level arena at best like Grand Casino. Not garbage like the Sharks but nowhere near @TheREA . T-Mobile is the arena you get when you hire a contractor to build 50 houses in a new development and all are just decent. Zero character or high end finishing.

    @TMobile After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.
