    @TMobileHelp @JonFreier Spoke 2 a rep prior 2 posting If you look at my account you will see its the #unreliable carrier This is an ongoing issue and not getting better Yes their was a tropical storm and widespread outages but not the other times I called. Guess it doesn't matter if you lose a customer

    @TMobileHelp I’m having an issue trying to update the latest release (today) of visual voice mail on my Samsung Galaxy S10. No messages just goes from downloading and back to update in Google Play store. I cleared cache & data & restarted phone. Any guidance?

    @TMobileHelp @JonFreier I spoke to a rep last night high traffic upgrade to tower equal service disruptions. Perhaps a temporary tower should have been installed to prevent this. This seems to be more the norm with service now. #unreliableservice

    @TMobile I tried to port my prepaid US Cellular number to T Mobile on 4/09/26, it’s still stuck in processing, spent another 2 hrs in US Cellular store today to be told it will be on within 24 hrs but rep told me not to hold my breath. I NEED MY PHONE NMBR BACK. Help!

    @TMobile You’ve now confirmed my account was created in error, no service was ever received, and the balance has been corrected to $0. Yet I was still sent to collections and my 810 FICO dropped into the 700s because of it. Now I’m being told the collection agency “owns it”!!!

    @TMobileHelp After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.
