    So. I was looking for a carrier to steal my money (@TMobile) and I made a phone call to one store and went to another in person...to finalize my questions...and they were all literaly he most rude, lazy, unhelpful people I’ve talked to. 👍🏻😐👍🏻

    @TMobileHelp I completed my order (have order number) for my switch from AT&T to T-Mobile, but the email said I should have also received another email for “electronic signature authorization” that I never got. Please help... you’re not answering your DMs.

    @TMobile actively robs customers. I have been double charged on my account and get the run around with customer service on many occasions. Avoid this company at all costs.

    Switch to @Verizon they said. You’ll get service everywhere they said. I get 1 bar no matter where I’m at. If I wanted 1 bar ida stayed with @TMobile.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon After 29 years we cut the Verizon cord. They suck. They all suck. But T-Mobile sucks the least. Cheaper, better for the same thing. Excellent customer service. Like Verizon used to be 29 years ago.

    @TMobileHelp There was a claim i had made to replace a phone & had made the payment needed & then the phone that was supposed to be returned was stolen out of my car & now assurance has added almost $400 because of that. & because of that my service has been shut off & canceled.

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been loyal to this company for a long time. I have very little service in the area where I’m working. Coworkers who have @TMobile or @ATT have excellent service. Thinking about making the switch.
