Seriously considering changing providers. Been a long time @TMobile customer and today wanted to add a 6th line. Charged me $30 just to activate. They keep screwing the loyal customers at every turn. Going to look for other options starting today.

Will @TMobile ACTUALLY resolve my issue after MONTHS of them taking me around in circles and forcing me to pay for 2 separate lines for no reason?! Stay tuned! 🥴👍🏻

@MarineLayerPod Their batspeed was higher on the road in the warmer climates and I think higher than their 2025 average. Feels like a big nothing burger. Maybe they should spend week scrimmaging at T-Mobile Park before the season starts to help get acclimated to the colder weather.

  • DBoss222024
    D Boss (@DBoss222024) reported

@TMobileHelp Last month I went to pay my bill and saw the amount was more than what I told my bill will be asked to speak to a manager. They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.

@Yash_Mayekar147 @TMobileHelp Not until they push another update to fix, it won't work regularly. It does spark to super fast randomly

  • EricPaysnoe
    Eric Paysnoe (@EricPaysnoe) reported

@TMobile I’ve been a customer for 26 years and have spent 3+ months, 10+ calls, and 20+ hours trying to resolve an invalid charge to my account! I was just informed that we will be charged $1200ish for an unused device that was successfully returned because "customer care" claim it was "late". I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life... Is there anyone over there that can help fix this?

  • asaluk1
    Andrew Saluk (@asaluk1) reported

@TMobileHelp @SriniGopalan I am trying to remove a carrier lock on a T-Mobile device. And your customer service rep told since he can’t find my account there is nothing he can do. I should purchase a new device
