And I can't get a decent signal in Tacoma, WA, 30 miles from your headquarters.
-
Doug Jones (@JcubedBBQ) reported from Tacoma, Washington@TMobileHelp Well that’s an hour of my life gone and I get to fix your reps mistakes by trying to correct the shipping through ups and their site WoW
-
Michael Gruener (@mgrunr) reported from University Place, Washington@chevyii62 @JohnLegere @TMobile We're close. They're sending us a "cellspot" so we can actually use our phones at our house. When my brothers, dad and I drove down to PHX for "that" Super Bowl, I had to tether to a VZW device to have service almost the entire way down.

Steve Sloboda (@stevesloboda) reported from Lakewood, Washington@Louie3722 There was a kid on the M’s big screen at T-Mobile Park today doing it for no less than 20 seconds before they realized what he was doing and cut away. Terrible and funny at the same time.

Im so ready to switch
-
mamoru (@himynameisbora) reported from Tacoma, WashingtonSwitching to T-Mobile was probably the worst idea bc now, whenever my Xfinity WiFi goes down (which is a lot), I can’t even swap to my “5G” on my phone as back up bc IT RARELY WORKS 😩
-
Russell Hawk (@DRussell78) reported from Tacoma, Washington@TMobile just went into your 6th Ave store in Tacoma and was helped by a very rude employee named Christa. Who said that she absolutely could not do what I watched another store do and acted like I was in the wrong so now we'll see if I can get better customer service. #Rude
-
Michael Gruener (@mgrunr) reported from University Place, Washington@chevyii62 @JohnLegere @TMobile We'll see what happens here in UP, which is entirely "magenta" on their coverage map. The excuse they told me was, "...it looks like your location is between two towers which means your connection alternates between the two causing the issues you're seeing."
-

-
Roger (@RagingDemons) reported from Tacoma, Washington@katarinasinfamy @TMobileHelp Reason I'm asking until TMobile contacts you is usually these are the big problems if you can't make calls. Problem with network, problem with SIM Card, problem with the device itself. Network or SIM card Tmobile can fix. Software on phone you, or with IT help, can fix. Device 😳
-
Brad Morrison (@bradmoreso) reported from Tacoma, Washington@mutantfreak69 @CallieField There was a time during my 20 year relationship with T-Mobile when I would call the customer service number with a made-up question, just to be treated with respect and to be left in a better mood than when I called. It hasn't been that way for a long time, even before the merger

[insert sarcasm here] ⚔ (@bkey1970) reported from Tacoma, Washington@TMobile got it for me. Gotta love broken promotions

-
Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported@ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU
-
rick pugh (@rickpugh19) reported@armstrong_erik @AlabamaSB @TMobile If only you could get your information down there.
-

-

-
Stang (@stangvert_70) reported@TMobileHelp Here I'll save you the time. Here's what you'll have me do. Move the modem where it ends up back where it's been. Unplug and plug back in. Send me back to back refurbished modems that are bad.
-
Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reportedThe "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.
