@TMobile hey I want a tee big enough 2x for me if I win. I’ve had Tmobile for at least 12 years. When my husband died I needed to know where my son was ( he seems to think it was to keep up with me) it’s been great service because Tmobile helps you call no bull attached.

@JohnLegere @TMobile Hope now that your merger got approved you will fix issue with using data in crowded places (where “LTE” becomes meaningless as browsing on data invariably does not work). Happy customer other than this, which is a BIG pain point. #CustomerExperience

was running. I was there for about 6 months before things started to take a turn. As we all know T-Mobile has built their foundation on not being like the other guys. On upholding customer service to a golden platter standard. I’m here to tell you that

@TMobileHelp yall have all foreigners on the as customer service reps on the phone who have this barely understandable dialect. Who offer no assistance and are rude.

  • RogerEntner
    Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported

@ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU

@ATT it should not be this hard to pay bills T-Mobile makes it easier cricket Mobile makes it easier Verizon makes it easier everyone that has a phone service has a better way to pay the bill then AT&t's sloppy app

  • thekrejuene

  • stangvert_70
    Stang (@stangvert_70) reported

@TMobileHelp Here I'll save you the time. Here's what you'll have me do. Move the modem where it ends up back where it's been. Unplug and plug back in. Send me back to back refurbished modems that are bad.

  • RogerEntner
    Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported

The "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.
