    The @TMobile at University Ave & 58th St really let these customers down. @Jason_GoJo went in to get a new phone yesterday and still does not have the new phone running effectively. I have never had any issues, and suddenly they can’t help 😡

    Day 1 with @TMobile home internet. I moved the router closer to my work desk, from the living room. Speeds are roughly the same and signal strength is still 4/5 bars. Teleconference calls start soon. My goal is to see one day w/o calls dropping and video on all day. 🤞🏽

    I am just now getting voicemails that was sent yesterday at 5pm!! What the hell! Can I get my sprint SIM card back? @TMobile @sprint I am not happy with this merger! I have never had any issues like this since being a Sprint customer for the last 20 years!

    @tatsncatss I had this happen with T-Mobile. Tried for a new phone promotion, they wanted 300 down. Went to verizon and got the same deal with no down payment
