Your "team of experts" is Bullshit, I get routed to Offshore EVERY call. I finally got an American on Saturday who promised they'd fix it later, got a text message saying my case is closed & NO VM!

I said you’re already taking my money and I need to pay more. I had never heard of any other service provider charging to change your number.

But it’s been sitting in my drawer for over three years. It’s too bad because for a 2022 phone it had a really good camera.

Months later, I’m being reported to collections and was just denied credit because of this, even though my credit score is over 800. Multiple attempts to resolve this have failed.
