    @TMobile @JohnLegere @TMobileHelp well this sucks - almost 350 dollars for a down payment when I payed less than half of that a year ago for the same price -- eeks - Verizon and other carriers are looking better these days 😱

    @JohnLegere @Ask_Spectrum internet, phone and TV not working. Also @Spectrum's entire system is down along with your website. I tried accessing it from my @TMobile phone, which does work.

    @TMobile I’m looking to resolve an issue I’m having with your my payments and how it was resolved. I don’t think it’s fair how you conduct business and “take care” of your customers and not tell them about associated fees and stick them with the bill and do nothing.

    @MikeSievert @TMobile We have been a T-mobile retailer for over 10 years. We have some of the highest customer appreciation awards. We invested our life and life savings into this store. In the worst economy ever they said they are shutting down our store due to the merger.

    @TMobile is running a scam! I traded in my phone and multiple times they confirmed they received it. Now they are saying it's broken ( I sent a brand new phone to them). This is ridiculous treatment for someone that has been loyal to you for so many years. Maybe I should change

    @CosmicChirp @TXAG I’m just being a ********. He sued Pfizer back in 2023 but nothing has come from it. He should help me sue T-Mobile but he’s declined or not responded to every request for help I’ve sent him.

    @rjnl1987 @RadicalFalk Chances are you're in the O2 network, which is abysmal. Check in the settings if you can change the carrier network and switch to T-Mobile/Telekom.

    @TMobileHelp There was a claim i had made to replace a phone & had made the payment needed & then the phone that was supposed to be returned was stolen out of my car & now assurance has added almost $400 because of that. & because of that my service has been shut off & canceled.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 811am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @TMobile You’ve now confirmed my account was created in error, no service was ever received, and the balance has been corrected to $0. Yet I was still sent to collections and my 810 FICO dropped into the 700s because of it. Now I’m being told the collection agency “owns it”!!!

    @TMobile representative named Laura sent me a DM declaring her dedication to resolving the issue of money taken by T-Mobile. However, when given my phone number she said she would call but that was just another T-Mobile lie. Avoid @TMobile at all costs.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon After 29 years we cut the Verizon cord. They suck. They all suck. But T-Mobile sucks the least. Cheaper, better for the same thing. Excellent customer service. Like Verizon used to be 29 years ago.
