    @Kahuna_2010 I use @TMobile for my internet, so, truly I'm not hooked into any cable. It's all connected to a nearby cellular site. The last few days have been wonky. My TV and my computer briefly went down. But reliable for the most part. And a hellava lot cheaper than @spectrum

    That internal twitter memo posted was WILD. When the #FTC comes knocking, it’s best to duck and cover. I’ve sicked them on T-Mobile before. Never heard a compliance person sound so scared when they called to remedy my complaint.

    @TMobileHelp Jeromy @TMobileHelp , I already solved the problem, but I’m more upset that I have to go spend $50 on a battery. These sales associate are like car sales men, quick to sell your products & forget you. I felt like should’ve stayed w/my previous carrier.

    I am realizing how much I depend on good wifi. I am at the doctor's office trying to get work done and there is no wifi. I am tethering but it is sooo slow. Thanks @TMobile. I hope it is really not a 2 hour wait.

    @TMobileHelp 😴 I’ve done that all except resetting my network settings. Since last time it took hours for it to all start working again. Hard pass. Never had to do any of this with other carriers. How about you fix your crap?

    @ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @TMobileHelp Here I'll save you the time. Here's what you'll have me do. Move the modem where it ends up back where it's been. Unplug and plug back in. Send me back to back refurbished modems that are bad.

They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.
