    Thanks to Natalie @TMobile store at 2401 N Broadway Los Angeles, Ca & Debi & Tracy @TMobileHelp for finally assisting by activating my brother’s phone finally after 10 phone calls & abundance of wasted time. I emphasized need 4customer service 2 override bogus security concerns.

    My take: Ben Barnes “charming British actor” T-Mobile ads are more annoying than Paul Giamatti Verizon ads, and neither are nearly as annoying as Ryan Reynolds Mint Mobile ads. Ted Danson Consumer Cellular ads are best of a bad bunch.

    @TMobileHelp @TMobile is forcing me to either drive to Arizona during the worst time of this pandemic, have my family ship their phones be without phones service for a week or stick with my current Sprint plan because I want to switch a cheaper T-Mobile plan. It's horrible. It's reckless.

    ive been using my friend's netflix for 5 yrs now but ive always had my own bc of the tmobile deal and i logged in for the first time in forever and realized people idek are using it bc i just give the login to friends who ask

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @TMobile I've been a customer since Voice Stream days, 1998. TMO USED to be customer service focused. That is NO longer the case, turned into a terrible company, with horrendous customer service, high prices ... U figure out ways to take advantage of customers. 😡

    @TMobile @SriniGopalan for the second time in less than a week my service of 5 phone lines and 1 home internet was canceled, due to "my death"! I cannot communicte with my children, my wife and no wifi/tv/gaming at home...the first time was for 4 days, it was canceled again

    @TMobile I tried to port my prepaid US Cellular number to T Mobile on 4/09/26, it’s still stuck in processing, spent another 2 hrs in US Cellular store today to be told it will be on within 24 hrs but rep told me not to hold my breath. I NEED MY PHONE NMBR BACK. Help!

    @TMobile is running a scam! I traded in my phone and multiple times they confirmed they received it. Now they are saying it's broken ( I sent a brand new phone to them). This is ridiculous treatment for someone that has been loyal to you for so many years. Maybe I should change
