    @TMobile why phone is on and phone since last night it’s always says cannot recieve phone or text message until finish updated then after that no service and keep searching. So disappointing.

    @iamtimfoley @TMobile They put up a MicroCell on the building across the wall from me. I get amazing service now, plus their Wi-Fi calling on Android is amazing. However, my voicemail does not ******* work at all.

    @TMobile I asked to block spam calls coming from Jordan. The resolve: 1. Change your number (14 years) 2. Block each number (a new number each call) 3. Do nothing. These options are not viable or useful options. Complete & total absolution of the problem 😤 #wangiri #Robocalls

    So, on top of crap data speeds & high pricing at @TMobile now my pre order, which was a NIGHTMARE to even do, for my #S10Plus is all botched. They truly suck. Never ever should switched from @sprint after all these years. I knew better. Ugh.

    @TMobileHelp I actually bought it last week! I'm just confused as they use their own messaging app and it doesnt support RCS, as my Samsung did on Sprint & I could text from the Web! Trying to make it easier for me!

    @ATT my phone drop calls and I’m seeing a NO SERVICE SIGNAL. I’ve been a member since 2003. I’m switching to @TMobile probably this weekend. I’m paying @ATT $89 and still run out of data. Everything is limited.

    @crawler955 @askdes @TMobile Oh, knowing T-Mobile it'll be a whopper with BS flowery language to follow suit, vs. any other carrier offering actual fair pricing. I really miss the #UnCarrier & all of its moves, which they have now destroyed whilst increasing pricing & degradation of service.

    Is anybodys else @TMobileHelp T-Mobile service completely down? Have no voice or data here in Orange County, CA. I just activated my new S23 Ultra with E-Sim & I thought maybe that was it, but that doesn't make any sense. @TMobile

    @TMobile I’ve already been in DM multiple times and was told the account was corrected but that I would need to resolve the collections and credit damage myself. I need a clear answer: will T-Mobile ensure the collections are withdrawn and the credit reporting is deleted?

    @TMobile I’ve been a customer for 26 years and have spent 3+ months, 10+ calls, and 20+ hours trying to resolve an invalid charge to my account! I was just informed that we will be charged $1200ish for an unused device that was successfully returned because "customer care" claim it was "late". I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life... Is there anyone over there that can help fix this?

    @TMobileHelp After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.

    I initially would have had the Samsung A13 reactivated by now but I was told by MetroPCS that some genius at T-Mobile declared the phone stolen and blacklisted. But it’s been sitting in my drawer for over three years. It’s too bad because for a 2022 phone it had a really good camera.

    @hflemingtx @XFreeze I don't have T-Mobile, thank you for your comment by the way. It was very nice of you to inform me of all this. Mint mobile is a prepaid cell phone service I use for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I recently upgraded because the battery on my iPhone SE was shot from leaving it plugged in too long. So I took my whole check and bought this. I was retired at 30. I am a quadriplegic and I use voice control to operate my phone and Dragon NaturallySpeaking to operate my laptop. Anyway, any help would be appreciated I know mint mobile runs on the T-Mobile network. So I don‘t know it will work for my phone with Starlink. But any help would be appreciated. Like your experience, knowledge etc.. Thank you very much!
