    I’ve been with @VerizonSupport so much. I been with them since September. I should’ve stayed my *** with @TMobile or went back to @ATT cuz Verizon sucks for truckers. T-mobile never gave me this many issues in the 6 years i was with them. Shame on Verizon

    @TMobile Thanks TMobile for improving much these years. 9 lines in my account are so far so good. But still need to improve coverage in some residential area especially suburban cities like Chino Hills and Chino in CA. Signals are so bad that I couldn't even do basic searches on google.

    I love how the @android @apple @ios looks on my iPhone 14 pro that they’ll will trade tomorrow for the same thing. Cuz T-Mobile has a 14 day return policy and they owe me money from prepaid at 110 for my insurance money to cancel the order for the line I don’t need.

    @JohnLegere I brought a friend to #Tmobile today with your add a line promo. They ported the wrong number. My number instead of the new temporary line. I have brought some people to you guys. I have been on phone for 30 minutes without service. #lostbusiness

    Since I switched from @TMobile to @Ask_Spectrum’s Verizon MVNO, I am seeing much faster data speed. From and MVNO with presumably very low network priority!

    t-mobile just lost another customer with that terrible commercial. so glad I switched to verizon several years ago, then switched to at&t, at on point considered sprint, but ultimate stuck with at&t but that commercial just sealed it. never again.

    @TMobile I cancelled my T-Mobile order after never receiving devices and was refunded. Months later, I’m being reported to collections and was just denied credit because of this, even though my credit score is over 800. Multiple attempts to resolve this have failed.

    @TMobileHelp Another $30 charge. Now we are up to $92, and the charges won't stop. WTF is going on here? I keep getting the same cookie-cutter message as others that an account cannot be found, yet charges keep happening for a cancelled trial that I now wish I had never joined in the first place. I want my money back asap and for these fraudulent charges to stop!

    @ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU

    @TMobileHelp I already waited 90 days and only got 225 out of the 400 promised. Now the Customer care including the escalated Manager (Travis) is indirectly accepting, T-Mobile misled to close the sale.

    @Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.
