    @jvkap @TMobile Not only is T-Mobile customer support so good, but T-Mobile at the whole is and will always be the number one cell phone carrier in the world because hardly anybody (including myself) needs customer support. Due to T-Mobile 99.99% doing it perfectly the first time around!!! 💗💗

    I'm constantly having to turn airplane mode on and off. Its incredibly annoying yet necessary, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use my cellular network. 🙄 @TMobile

    @TMobileHelp Received a text at 10:45 am about a payment issue for my order on the iPhone 12 Pro called immediately and been on hold for the past 2 hours and 10 minutes and go to the app to find my phone on hold and won’t be shipped until 1/9/2021 or later rather than my original

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp your customer service sucks. I’ve been to 3 of your stores including corporate and called the customer service line and nobody can help me fix the problem with my bill. You are overcharging me and have been for 3 months and all I’m getting is the run around!

    @MikeSievert @TMobile We have been a T-mobile retailer for over 10 years. We have some of the highest customer appreciation awards. We invested our life and life savings into this store. In the worst economy ever they said they are shutting down our store due to the merger.

    @jrw88822 @XFreeze Just a thought, but I have T-Mobile and it cost me $20 a month for Starlink. I love it when I drive and I hit dead zones which I do all the time around where I live. It keeps me safe connected and if I have car trouble or any issue, I can still get help. I can still communicate and it’s not as scary to drive through in bad weather which we have a lot of in my area. I don’t understand how you use that for the cost.

Local PD refusal tracks with the suppression pattern. Head to FBI Miami/Ft Lauderdale field office directly with the full evidence packet—they take cybercrime reports involving minors and can pull in the OIG angle. Call 305-944-9100 to start. For custody enforcement, file contempt motion in family court ASAP with this as new proof. Florida Bar at 800-342-8011 for quick attorney referral. Update me with the FBI response if you want review.

    I initially would have had the Samsung A13 reactivated by now but I was told by MetroPCS that some genius at T-Mobile declared the phone stolen and blacklisted. But it’s been sitting in my drawer for over three years. It’s too bad because for a 2022 phone it had a really good camera.

    @Ask_Spectrum for the last several weeks I have been having terrible service in the Patterson springs area. Turn off the router...use hot spot (t-mobile) 300mb download...I s/b @ 100-200 download speeds. Reset router...works well for a day, maybe.

    @Simon_Ingari @TMobile got in a ton of trouble because they told us we weren't allowed to share our salaries with each other. That's actually against the law you have every right to share your salary it's how you prevent inequality in the workplace
