    Hi @TMobileHelp why did your customer service person tell me I had to go to a store to unlock my old phone? When I went to the store they told me I had to call Customer Service. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous.

    @TMobileHelp For no one to respond? This is awful. Been on hold for 30 mins now. I would not have left the store with phones had I known this was happening.

I already have an unrealized loss, $230.50 vs. yesterday's closing price of $230.27, but I think the Starlink network is priceless - nationwide. Worldwide, and beyond...

    @TMobileHelp Thank you. This has already been “reviewed” multiple times with no resolution. Case #89360405 — it took 6 calls just to get that. Since then, I’ve been sent to multiple collection agencies (Harris & Harris Ltd. and TrueAccord) for an account where I never received service.

    Does anybody know how can I switch from bum fck T-Mobile worst company to ever exist to Xfinity T-Mobile without needing to contact the account owner which I don't have access to? Like do I gotta go to court to prove my identity, my number that I've had for over 10yrs?

    @TMobileHelp Richard could you come assist? Since Gabrielle is busy, it’s 24-26 mins apart responses when I respond immediately I am HOT connected to WiFi at McDonald’s bus been trying to get some full attention help for over a hour
