    @TMobile @sprint I did the SIM card Swap and now my I-Phone has no 5G service which I was getting g while on the Sprint Network. Also, my LTE service is only at 2 bars. This is very disappointing

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @TMobileHelp Thank you. This has already been “reviewed” multiple times with no resolution. Case #89360405 — it took 6 calls just to get that. Since then, I’ve been sent to multiple collection agencies (Harris & Harris Ltd. and TrueAccord) for an account where I never received service.
