    Received a sim kit for the @TMobile "bigger & better" network experience. I thought maybe in the past 6 years since the last time I tried the network there would have been coverage improvements, but I was wrong. 20 years with #Nextel & @sprint and they still have a better network

    @TMobileHelp Last month I went to pay my bill and saw the amount was more than what I told my bill will be asked to speak to a manager. They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.

    @TMobileHelp ph&screen cracked and going on long planned trip very big deal and very dear $$$ can't trade in and no deals (apparently missed a good one in Jan? Trade-in any? Seeking very kind assistance or may need to move carrier to get phone deal & don't want to TY any help!

    @gtoshaman @jimmyfallins @Starlink I have T-Mobile. Download is great. Upload is fine and better than this. But starlink latency is far better. T-Mobile latency sucks

    @TMobileHelp @SriniGopalan I spoke with TMobile help yesterday on here...ill save the steps, i will have to call the 833 number provided to NORT but they arent open and it route back to customer service anyway...no one can "help" just feel bad for me

    @TMobileHelp @TMobile Another $30 charge! Now we are up to $92, and the charges won't stop. WTF is going on here? I keep getting the same cookie-cutter message as others that an account cannot be found, yet charges keep happening for a cancelled trial that I now wish I had never joined in the first place. I want my money back asap and for these fraudulent charges to stop!
