    Apparently "Tony" the manager have some issues with me paying my bill AND asking questions about my phone with the manager here. Just waiting for the other associate to be done so I can ask HIM. What a joke, @TMobile . Talk to your manager about attitude problems.

    @sangster I have t-mobile and never been an issue overseas, only issue will be regardless of the carrier, you’ll be throttled. I end up using a hotspot or esim, and esim have started to win on my preference but tend to be expensive.

    @JohnLegere I have been a @TMobile user for over 7 years, but please can you fix the congested network at Hoboken and Secaucus stations. It's such a pain our commute when our fast network comes to a freaking halt because the cells on those regions can't keep up.

    @thatgeekdad @mattmcgee @TMobile Yea I get that too outdoors everywhere. I was in my bedroom where I get no WiFi, and historically bad service, couldn’t get anything until I switched 4 yrs ago.

    So far, this test drive with @TMobile has been . . . less than positive. I don’t know if it’s the hotspot itself for being low powered or it’s actually the signal. But Verizon is still holding strong with faster speeds and consistent signal strength.

    @TMobileHelp No one order a new device. The customer service when you call in is absolutely horrendous. Your technicians need to get better scripts when talking to people who can put a coherent sentences together so repeating it over and over isn’t necessary.

    @TMobileHelp The person will not help me. I have a severe leg disability and cannot go into a store. I had a silent stroke, have memory issues, and cannot remember a pin set over a year ago. I have given the last 4 of my SS#, birthdate, last 4 of the card used, email address, and phone number used to set it up, and continuously there is no forward movement toward a resolution. Is this the poor treatment disabled persons get by this company?

    @CosmicChirp @TXAG I’m just being a ********. He sued Pfizer back in 2023 but nothing has come from it. He should help me sue T-Mobile but he’s declined or not responded to every request for help I’ve sent him.
