    @optimum horrible experience with optimum! I waited on hold for an hour patiently, then he tells me I need someone to come out but god forbid a wire doesn’t work properly on the box I have to pay $80! Oh but I have a 10hr time frame and nothing till Friday! Maybe trying @TMobile

    @TMobileHelp Thank you. This has already been “reviewed” multiple times with no resolution. Case #89360405 — it took 6 calls just to get that. Since then, I’ve been sent to multiple collection agencies (Harris & Harris Ltd. and TrueAccord) for an account where I never received service.
