    @kimchee21 Switched back to #TMobile about 6 years ago. I was with them many yrs ago solely for the #TMobileSidekick phone, but @ time the service was terrible. When the Sidekick was discontinued, I went to VZW and although svc was great, they were overpriced.

The #tmobiletuesdays deal is a nice perk to have that other providers don’t do. Reduced gas prices, free movie tickets or Redbox rentals, etc. Definite good perks.

    @614prepboy @TMobile Because it’s prioritizes service to T-Mobile network people first , the it’s sprint , then so on. That’s why they encourage you to switch

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp its the case of boy crying wolf,i guess. I kept asking you to offer me a better number on a new device since i have been ur customer for 12 yrs. You refused. I said that i can add a line. You still refused. So i took the new line to Verizon.

    @kimchee21 Once VZW got rid of unlim data I said F* that and went back to TMo. Service was SIGNIFICANTLY better than it was during the Sidekick days. Haven’t had a single issue with reception since and the Cust Svc is exceptional. No plans leaving any time soon. @TMobile #teammagenta

    @MattStaneff @TMobile @netflix I had issues trying to switch .. “limited time” promo isn’t available to existing customers and current promo/discounts are erased upon switching. Same price = more expensive for me :-(

    @JohnLegere @TMobile @TMobileHelp wonderful customer service but unfortunately, the manager did not have the authority to pre order with reduction of $10 vs 11 yrs of my customer loyalty to them. Disappointed 😔

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @patmick2626 @icehockeystick It's a C+ level arena at best like Grand Casino. Not garbage like the Sharks but nowhere near @TheREA . T-Mobile is the arena you get when you hire a contractor to build 50 houses in a new development and all are just decent. Zero character or high end finishing.

    @TMobile After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.
