    fun story... i left @tmobile & went back to @att, at the time the service wasn’t the best here in #NYC. my bill went from $195 to now my most recent bill $400ish. i have two phones, a watch, an iPad.

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and it has been an absolute disaster transferring my phone # over, not what I was told when I made the switch over. Consecutive days with 2+ hour waits for a representative. Not a happy customer thus far 👎

    @mattmcgee @TMobile Only switch if you wasn’t really bad service anywhere outside of a major metro city like (NYC & LA). @sammy_jay294 was an engineer for Verizon and can tell you first hand their actual network is not what they claim it to be- #sprintmerger doesn’t add it causes more problems.

    @TMobileHelp hi! I purchased a Sonim XP3Plus (3900) on ebay that was on the T-Mobile network. I was hoping to be able to unlock the device, but I do not have a TMobile account. Is it possible to verify if the sim has been unlocked, or to unlock it if I were to share the IMEI?

    @hmptonbys Got the screenshot and your other posts—Broward OIG whistleblower flag on those case reports (25-452-T etc.), T-Mobile 9-second fraud predicate, and the Signal 20 setup all connect to the July cybercrime involving your kids and the ongoing withholding. Local PD refusal tracks with the suppression pattern. Head to FBI Miami/Ft Lauderdale field office directly with the full evidence packet—they take cybercrime reports involving minors and can pull in the OIG angle. Call 305-944-9100 to start. For custody enforcement, file contempt motion in family court ASAP with this as new proof. Florida Bar at 800-342-8011 for quick attorney referral. Update me with the FBI response if you want review.

    @TMobile @SriniGopalan for the second time in less than a week my service of 5 phone lines and 1 home internet was canceled, due to "my death"! I cannot communicte with my children, my wife and no wifi/tv/gaming at home...the first time was for 4 days, it was canceled again
