    @JohnLegere @ATT @verizon That’s why I came over to TMobile last year. Verizon never told me about this plan. Me and hubby 100 a month from TMobile. Verizon same plan 175. 18 yrs with Verizon. House phone is next with Tv going to optimum

    @FunkoPopHead @TMobile Seriously just got this phone. My bf had sprint so he was a ling time customer. And had a free line thing. So I switched to his plan.. now for some reason Instagram is acting weird sometimes i cant post. I Uninstalled it. Then installed it again. Still acting weird.

    @JohnLegere @TMobile I went from Verizon to TMobile me and my hubby senior plan 100 dollars a month. Verizon double the amount. Never told us about senior plan. Ty TMobile

    @TMobile home wifi is the absolute worst internet service since dial up. Only thing worse is their customer service reps that I can understand. I’m switching to Altice on Tuesday thank God

    I still can’t get over the fact that a manager at @TMobile’s insurance partner @Assurant just told me to “GO TO THE LIBRARY” every day this week to check on my claim status bc they can’t process my claim until likely next week and only then will contact my broken phone!

    They said they know that the claim only involves general info and a 1 sentence discription of the incident but that it will still take up to 5 days to review and they they “wished they had a bigger team to do reviews” but they don’t. And that it’s fine bc @TMobile, agreed to this

    Does anybody know how can I switch from bum fck T-Mobile worst company to ever exist to Xfinity T-Mobile without needing to contact the account owner which I don't have access to? Like do I gotta go to court to prove my identity, my number that I've had for over 10yrs?
