  @TMobileHelp @JohnLegere big issues with T-Money, need to be addressed. You can’t open account, try to link an external account to deposit money, then send an email that they noticed unusual activity so it’s been restricted, and tell the person to wait 14days for someone to call

  @TMobile do not trust them with rebates. I was supposed to receive a sams club gift card in Feb never got it called & said it will be 10-15 days. Still waiting 2 months later. Just talked to a rep & was told it will be 10-15 days to receive it. time to leave mobile Ridiculous

  @tatsncatss I had this happen with T-Mobile. Tried for a new phone promotion, they wanted 300 down. Went to verizon and got the same deal with no down payment

  I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

  @TMobileHelp Thank you. This has already been “reviewed” multiple times with no resolution. Case #89360405 — it took 6 calls just to get that. Since then, I’ve been sent to multiple collection agencies (Harris & Harris Ltd. and TrueAccord) for an account where I never received service.
