I hope you reconsider this action. It will result in a loss of customers and will bring with it a host of problems. Reconsider and leave things as they are.

They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.

Since then, I’ve been sent to multiple collection agencies (Harris & Harris Ltd. and TrueAccord) for an account where I never received service.

I keep getting the same cookie-cutter message as others that an account cannot be found, yet charges keep happening for a cancelled trial that I now wish I had never joined in the first place.
