    @TMobileHelp @TMobile I just heard that T-Mobile is going to change the autopay method to a bank account/checking only. I hope you reconsider this action. It will result in a loss of customers and will bring with it a host of problems. Reconsider and leave things as they are.

    You guys aren’t really doing anything for the customer like “having a hard time paying your bill, do a payment arrangement, that’s not new... other company’s are giving credits or letting you wait a month. I like your service but your being very misleading #tmobile

    @sourrcream i’ve been leaning towards t-mobile they seem to be one of the better carriers especially w the free tuesday(?) thing and i’ve heard their customer service is good

    @MLBTheShow @SonySanDiego Fix this ******* garbage *** game, why is my t-mobile WiFi incompatible to play online games paid $100 dollars to not even be able to play online and your garbage customer service is no help either. Seems to a be a problem for the last 5 games too. Fix this garbage

    @TMobileHelp Last month I went to pay my bill and saw the amount was more than what I told my bill will be asked to speak to a manager. They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.

    @TMobileHelp Thank you. This has already been “reviewed” multiple times with no resolution. Case #89360405 — it took 6 calls just to get that. Since then, I’ve been sent to multiple collection agencies (Harris & Harris Ltd. and TrueAccord) for an account where I never received service.

    @TMobileHelp @TMobile Another $30 charge! Now we are up to $92, and the charges won't stop. WTF is going on here? I keep getting the same cookie-cutter message as others that an account cannot be found, yet charges keep happening for a cancelled trial that I now wish I had never joined in the first place. I want my money back asap and for these fraudulent charges to stop!

    @TMobile After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.
