Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported@ATT @Verizon @TMobile Dropped calls dropped from top reason to least important reason for leaving. Coverage is good enough. Speed does not stop churn. The data proves network investment no longer buys loyalty. 📶🛑 #Wireless #DataAnalytics

Ranier Quevedo (@RanierQuevedo) reported@TMobileHelp Hi.. I got a call to extend the duration for my rebate card. I sent a copy of the bill from my old provider for the third time and it got denied. The sole reason I chose to switch was that the service was just as reliable as Verizon and I would get a rebate card.

Jus⛏in🩸 (@Justin_SofOK) reported@cardscott5 Coincidentally I got an ad from T-Mobile yesterday about their service. I already use them for my phone and their prices look better than my current’s, but it’s hard to say how it would perform as my main internet. I changed internet once in 2020 and it was abysmally terrible which has given me caution on switching again. Thinking about it though. I just tested my stream again and it’s working without any issues now of course. I think that’s my main frustration right now, nobody can tell me anything definitively or explain why it goes in & out of working (Goddang son I thought we were shooting). Each person I talk to on the phone is more condescending than the last about it. I’ve got a good story about today’s guy once we’re back on. Might just end up biting the bullet of upgrading the service since I know it’s at least capable of working and trying to negotiate a lower rate/get a promo discount like the technician suggested.

m (@Fashi0nLuvr) reported@BigMorito @TMobile They’re only good for the T-Mobile Tuesday’s and the international data. Everything else literally sucks
-

Edith Gonzá*** (@nomemolestesbr) reported@TMobile It’s possible to have your service on Mexico?
-
Felicia’s Patna (@ULoving4) reported@Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.

Sanchez (@antonisanchezx) reported@Koukla_7 @ericagurl147 I never accused anyone until I saw indisputable proof. I have hundreds of pages of ad data linking this account to Erica's home address and her cell phone registered with T-Mobile.

Brett Magni (@LumenSpero) reported@TMobile in line with stacking others on top of my incoming & outgoing comms for sabotage, the "Kenneth Frisbee" phone, aka "Robert's phone" received 2FA codes for Service CU this AM. 2021, my 405 num received similar from Career Surf when MTX launderers were active.
