My @Apple iPhone then tells me that it could not activate cellular data. This happens everyday. I have to turn my phone off and back on to get it to work. Happens to other family too.

I had a silent stroke, have memory issues, and cannot remember a pin set over a year ago. I have given the last 4 of my SS#, birthdate, last 4 of the card used, email address, and phone number used to set it up, and continuously there is no forward movement toward a resolution. Is this the poor treatment disabled persons get by this company?
