    it was really nice for t-mobile to hire me & then i show up to my shift to an EMPTY STORE . the store manager goes “ i’m sorry HR told me they were gonna call u to let u know our store is shutting down” it would’ve been super professional for you to call but whatever

    @TMobileHelp I’ve been trying to get in contact with an agent for over an hour because my phone isn’t allowing inbound or outbound calls. I was in the middle of a virtual doctor appointment when I got disconnected and now I’m locked out of the app please help. :(

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon I'm very seriously considered changing from Verizon to T-Mobile. Verizon signal in the Florida panhandle is just gone downhill so far that it's ridiculous and I've been with them since 2010. If I need something I only go to a Verizon corporate store there's two of them in Pensacola.

    @TMobile How long does it take for Tech Support to return a phone call. I've been waiting two weeks this time. Reliability on your home internet sucks. While you have nice Customer Service Reps, my service is horrible

    @TMobileHelp I have replied. Absolutely disgusting the way I have been treated by T-Mobile. Lied to repeatedly by customer service representatives. In fact I even had two representatives on the line at the same time calling each other liars. Avoid @TMobile at all costs.

    @DavidsonDa16685 @ATTHelp That's another thing that's why I canceled the ******* account AT&T has become nothing but a scammer like the Indian scammers that they hire to be on the call centers. Funny thing is I'm now using that T-Mobile wireless internet and I have zero problems All the problems went away

    @TMobile After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.

    @TMobile You’ve now confirmed my account was created in error, no service was ever received, and the balance has been corrected to $0. Yet I was still sent to collections and my 810 FICO dropped into the 700s because of it. Now I’m being told the collection agency “owns it”!!!

    @TMobileHelp Last month I went to pay my bill and saw the amount was more than what I told my bill will be asked to speak to a manager. They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.
