    @TMobileHelp @TMobile I can’t believe the service I am receiving from Tmobile. I ordered an iPhone 12 on 12/23 and never received it. UPS said they damaged it and returned it to Tmobile. I have called and used a live chat multiple times and still have not received a phone/refund.

    @TMobile - I am about ready to #cancel my cell phone service with you guys. It’s been lagging for a couple of months now and it’s so freakin annoying. PLEASE fix this UNNECESSARY issue.

    it was really nice for t-mobile to hire me & then i show up to my shift to an EMPTY STORE . the store manager goes “ i’m sorry HR told me they were gonna call u to let u know our store is shutting down” it would’ve been super professional for you to call but whatever

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon After 29 years we cut the Verizon cord. They suck. They all suck. But T-Mobile sucks the least. Cheaper, better for the same thing. Excellent customer service. Like Verizon used to be 29 years ago.

    @TMobile do not trust them with rebates. I was supposed to receive a sams club gift card in Feb never got it called & said it will be 10-15 days. Still waiting 2 months later. Just talked to a rep & was told it will be 10-15 days to receive it. time to leave mobile Ridiculous

    @TMobile I tried to port my prepaid US Cellular number to T Mobile on 4/09/26, it’s still stuck in processing, spent another 2 hrs in US Cellular store today to be told it will be on within 24 hrs but rep told me not to hold my breath. I NEED MY PHONE NMBR BACK. Help!
