    @BurgerKing I need to cancel a mobile order. The new app wouldn't let me enter my @TMobile Tuesday coupon. No where to cancel on app. I was on hold too long on the phone.

    Just when I thought I'd seen everything in terms of #badcustomerservice @TMobile went out of their way to make their insurance on phones worse than what Sprint had and then forced Sprint customers into it. Way to incentivize your repair stores to never keep anything useful!

    @Dandroid__ How is the bloatwate? All the absolute crap apps they stuff the phone with? The 30 Samsung apps, the 30 provider apps and all that? I never used any of the Samsung apps or the T-Mobile apps that they stuffed my phone with and unable to uninstall?

    @TMobileHelp did you ever get your test drive service fixed? Each time I called it was still not working and now the 30 day trial has expired for a unit that we never got to use

    Used all my data for the month in ONE WEEK. {new record} I sincerely blame the Super Bowl and reigning Champs, the @Chiefs. I have a problem @TMobile Also fully regretting letting my brother talk me out of the unlimited data package I had. 😠

    @970040d3d48e4bd @TMobileHelp @NevilleRay Right. Before when I just had sprint it was great. But the merger made my service trash. 2 or 3 times a day my data just stops working and I have to restart my phone.

    @COgirlWIworld Everyone told us our phones wouldn’t work here with T-mobile so we switched to AT&T before we moved. Never had service anywhere. Switched back to T-Mobile and have had no issues ever since. 😎

    @carolecadwalla Visited Lebanon twice - in 2022 and 2025. Apple map was not useable at all. Google map was decent. For some reason, Lebanon has very bad coverage in terms of everything. You need a local sim and none of your T-mobile or AT&T or whatever works.

    @TMobile is running a scam! I traded in my phone and multiple times they confirmed they received it. Now they are saying it's broken ( I sent a brand new phone to them). This is ridiculous treatment for someone that has been loyal to you for so many years. Maybe I should change

    I initially would have had the Samsung A13 reactivated by now but I was told by MetroPCS that some genius at T-Mobile declared the phone stolen and blacklisted. But it’s been sitting in my drawer for over three years. It’s too bad because for a 2022 phone it had a really good camera.

    @TMobileHelp I am on the phone yet again with the retards from customer service. @TMobile is by far the worst cell phone provider to deal with. Absolutely no cooperation. If you would like to pick a T-Mobile store that I should go to and harass the employees and customers that's fine.
