    @DavidsonDa16685 @ATTHelp That's another thing that's why I canceled the ******* account AT&T has become nothing but a scammer like the Indian scammers that they hire to be on the call centers. Funny thing is I'm now using that T-Mobile wireless internet and I have zero problems All the problems went away

    @TMobileHelp I click on the chat icon it askes for a passcode I tried several times and it keeps saying server issues. I just need to talk to someone about my account and about getting credit for a line I didn't have and was kept being charged after I closed my account out

    @ATT it should not be this hard to pay bills T-Mobile makes it easier cricket Mobile makes it easier Verizon makes it easier everyone that has a phone service has a better way to pay the bill then AT&t's sloppy app

    @TMobile I’ve already been in DM multiple times and was told the account was corrected but that I would need to resolve the collections and credit damage myself. I need a clear answer: will T-Mobile ensure the collections are withdrawn and the credit reporting is deleted?
