    2. I explained this to the representative after my husband argued with the representative. He started that " I will call you back personally" but never did, lied to a so-called "Valued Customer" NOT! It states in your ( T-mobile policies / Rules) is NOT being followed!

    @VZWSupport Yes, 12 of us with Verizon accounts are all experiencing the same issues with text messages being unable to send, missed phone calls, unable to connect to the Internet or search google and everyone else with @TMobile have all of their bars and reception ๐Ÿ˜’
