    @MischievousLiz @Laidbeats @TMobile So if it is a mobil service what is the point of using a mini signal tower (on case you are talking about the LTE signal). The coverage of the LTE signal is a lot of orlando areas is terrible.

    @jasonkeath @TMobile My mom and I were loyal ATT customers of collectively 30+ years. We had home service, Internet, and mobile. Earlier this year we switched to TMobile and never looked back. So far, I have no complaints. I’m working in getting my boyfriend to switch too. Do it!

    @ATT why is your mobile service so bad, i feel like my phone is a sprint phone from 2001 I never have signal and mobile data is always super slow and no connection, I regret switching from @TMobile I never had any issues just a high monthly bill

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @TMobileHelp Here I'll save you the time. Here's what you'll have me do. Move the modem where it ends up back where it's been. Unplug and plug back in. Send me back to back refurbished modems that are bad.

They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.
