  • thesarasmiles
Sara Sleighs 🎅🏼 (@thesarasmiles) reported from Citrus Ridge, Florida

You know, I don’t think it’s fair that I’ve been a loyal @TMobile customer for over 6 years but they will only pay for my Netflix if I have over 2 lines. I’m an independent, single woman. With one phone line.

  • Shallow30
Shallow30 (@Shallow30) reported from Citrus Ridge, Florida

@mattmcgee @TMobile Depends where you live TBH. Where I live @TMobile is not that good. Areas like my work and home the service sucks. Which why I switched to a different provider. Always check service availability before you try to switch.

@TMobile @JohnLegere today marks two years since I left shitty sprint and joined the best network ever! #TMobile!!!!!

  • caa1000
Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷 (@caa1000) reported from Poinciana, Florida

@ejnmo @BestBuySupport @GeekSquad Apparently Sprint is in the process to fold Virgin Mobile into Boost Mobile before a possible transfer to Dish Networks in case the mega merger with TMobile gets thru. As of now the web site is the only way to get a phone and service. Not even the old prepaid cards are sold.

  • simplisticpro
SimplisticPro (@simplisticpro) reported from Poinciana, Florida

@sprint and @TMobile have been taken over $8k in four years for charges of things services we never owned and it’s time for a class action suit

@TMobile @TMobileBusiness @JohnLegere please save our small business from a horrible broadband monopoly! Being overcharged for 🥜 We want your new pilot broadband option for our school 4 the arts! Let’s partner!

  • caa1000
Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷 (@caa1000) reported from Poinciana, Florida

@evepaludan But keep in mind that in order for Dish Network to own Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile, they have to wait a court order regarding the merger with TMOBILE which is being challenged by states like New York and California.

Dawg T-Mobile customer service is ******* TRASH

  • caa1000
Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷😷 #StayAtHome (@caa1000) reported from Poinciana, Florida

@carlostech702 @boostmobile @dish @TMobile Majority of #BoostMobile #VirginMobileUSA devices runs on #Sprint #CDMA band. #TMobile doesn't support the band and plans to shut it down before year's end. On #DishNetwork side with no way to support current customers with older phones, wants TMO to replace them or walk away. 📱

  • vsucreh
Valentina🤍 (@vsucreh) reported from Kissimmee, Florida

@TMobileHelp You guys always say the same! And you never solved anything. I’m just looking forward to change my career and have nothing to do with you no more

  • caa1000
Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷😷 #StayAtHome (@caa1000) reported from Poinciana, Florida

@seb3153 @carlostech702 @boostmobile @dish @TMobile Only way possible is to keep the #Sprint #CDMA band open for customers who bought #BoostMobile older phones cause Sprint was only using the band and TMO doesn't support it and wants it decommissioned by year's end, which #DishNetwork don't want it happening.

  • caa1000
Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷😷 #StayAtHome (@caa1000) reported from Poinciana, Florida

Rumor has it... Those who backed #DishNetwork when #Sprint merged with #TMobile in favor of building it's own wireless network and would begin serving at least 5 million+ customers using #BoostMobile #VirginMobileUSA #OpenMobile #SprintPrepaid services, are now on hold... 📱📡

  • caa1000
Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷 😷 MASK ON! (@caa1000) reported from Poinciana, Florida

Getting report that @TMobile in #PuertoRico 🇵🇷 is down... Many are unable to place calls on the network... Developing now.

@TMobile #tuesdays must have been a big success this week. I visited my local @BurgerKing and the #impossiblewhopper was sold out. Too bad the app had no way of letting me know before I ordered.

@TMobile I’ve already been in DM multiple times and was told the account was corrected but that I would need to resolve the collections and credit damage myself. I need a clear answer: will T-Mobile ensure the collections are withdrawn and the credit reporting is deleted?

    Eric Paysnoe (@EricPaysnoe) reported

@TMobile I’ve been a customer for 26 years and have spent 3+ months, 10+ calls, and 20+ hours trying to resolve an invalid charge to my account! I was just informed that we will be charged $1200ish for an unused device that was successfully returned because "customer care" claim it was "late". I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life... Is there anyone over there that can help fix this?

  • BoydYulit
    yulit Boyd (@BoydYulit) reported

@TMobileHelp After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.

  • marc_vasicek
    Marc Vasicek (@marc_vasicek) reported

I initially would have had the Samsung A13 reactivated by now but I was told by MetroPCS that some genius at T-Mobile declared the phone stolen and blacklisted. But it’s been sitting in my drawer for over three years. It’s too bad because for a 2022 phone it had a really good camera.

  • CoachDad0511
    TJ Stevens (@CoachDad0511) reported

@TMobileHelp @SriniGopalan I spoke with TMobile help yesterday on here...ill save the steps, i will have to call the 833 number provided to NORT but they arent open and it route back to customer service anyway...no one can "help" just feel bad for me

I’ve been a @TMobileHelp customer for 15 years… reached out to their support chat and they’re literally the most condescending people ever! God forbid someone is in the middle of an emergency and they pay 2 days later…..

@hflemingtx @XFreeze I don't have T-Mobile, thank you for your comment by the way. It was very nice of you to inform me of all this. Mint mobile is a prepaid cell phone service I use for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I recently upgraded because the battery on my iPhone SE was shot from leaving it plugged in too long. So I took my whole check and bought this. I was retired at 30. I am a quadriplegic and I use voice control to operate my phone and Dragon NaturallySpeaking to operate my laptop. Anyway, any help would be appreciated I know mint mobile runs on the T-Mobile network. So I don‘t know it will work for my phone with Starlink. But any help would be appreciated. Like your experience, knowledge etc.. Thank you very much!
