When she finally got thru the attendant told her she needed a diff dept and hung up on her. Now she can't get thru again! Stellar customer service - not!

They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.

Currently April 13th 811am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
