    @TMobileHelp I’m in the DMs but I’m being told I’m not a “real” T-Mobile customer… so that isn’t reassuring. You should be able to merge 2 accounts on your end without this drama. And apparently I’m not eligible for Magenta plans which is concerning

    @TMobile has me so frustrated. How do you offer a deal, tell me it good through the end of December, then when I go, tell me it expired on November 30, and now you won’t honor what you told me. That’s not good customer service

    @mattmcgee @TMobile I’m on metro PCS. Price kills the big boys but my speed and signal strength in DC is not as good as with AT&T. It’s worth it to pay $70 less per month though.

    I thought I was a @TMobile customer but apparently I’m relegated to legacy Sprint by T-Mobile purgatory account support and can’t merge my T-Mobile partner’s account with mine. They want a - way call with 2 reps and they keep calling him “she”. Unacceptable after 4 days of trying

    @TMobileHelp when I cancelled my service a few weeks ago I was told I had made my final payment and would not be billed further. I’d like to know why I just received a bill in the mail for $0.17.

    @TMobileHelp I want to thank the customer service rep who helped me last night when I discovered the phone was not in the delivered box. Her name is Emily and she was great. My overall experience with Emily was wonderful. She was mind and went about solving the problem quickly.

    @TMobileHelp Another $30 charge. Now we are up to $92, and the charges won't stop. WTF is going on here? I keep getting the same cookie-cutter message as others that an account cannot be found, yet charges keep happening for a cancelled trial that I now wish I had never joined in the first place.     @TMobile I've been a customer since Voice Stream days, 1998. TMO USED to be customer service focused. That is NO longer the case, turned into a terrible company, with horrendous customer service, high prices ... U figure out ways to take advantage of customers. 😡

    @TMobile After 12 years of loyalty and always paying my bill on time, I never imagined I would feel this disappointed. I was charged $160 for an international call I did not make and told I still have to pay it. I feel unheard, frustrated, and unfairly treated.please help me.

    @TMobile is running a scam! I traded in my phone and multiple times they confirmed they received it. Now they are saying it's broken ( I sent a brand new phone to them). This is ridiculous treatment for someone that has been loyal to you for so many years. Maybe I should change
