@JohnLegere friend of mine had @ATT for 18 years and she kept saying how the service has fallen off and how they didn’t seem to care about all the mistakes. I told her try @TMobile 1 year ago and she still loves it says she will never go back to @ATT.

@TMobile @verizon @jennyslate @TMobile I wouldn’t be taking shots @verizon right now until your network issues with LTE in Orlando are fixed.

  • redwingleader
Jacob O. November (@redwingleader) reported from Citrus Ridge, Florida

I should clarify. When I refused tv service as politely as possible I was put on hold to discuss offers on @GetSpectrum mobile. This despite telling the telemarketer I've been with @TMobile for over 12 years. I hope my call was recorded for quality and training purposes.

You know, I don’t think it’s fair that I’ve been a loyal @TMobile customer for over 6 years but they will only pay for my Netflix if I have over 2 lines. I’m an independent, single woman. With one phone line.

  • JJM759
JM 🏳️‍🌈 (@JJM759) reported from Lake Buena Vista, Florida

@JohnLegere sad couldn’t get any @TMobile merch for #TMobileTuesdays because if the hurricane we never got in Florida. Maybe next time. 😊

  • Shallow30
Shallow30 (@Shallow30) reported from Citrus Ridge, Florida

@mattmcgee @TMobile Depends where you live TBH. Where I live @TMobile is not that good. Areas like my work and home the service sucks. Which why I switched to a different provider. Always check service availability before you try to switch.

  • redwingleader

@TMobile #tuesdays must have been a big success this week. I visited my local @BurgerKing and the #impossiblewhopper was sold out. Too bad the app had no way of letting me know before I ordered.

  • JJM759
JM 🏳️‍🌈 (@JJM759) reported from Lake Buena Vista, Florida

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere That’s old outdated and inconvenient for customers. While I’m in said spot it would take to long to go through all that. App would be more effective open it up mark this area as an issue gives T-Mobile info on how to improve the network.

  • Officer93

@TMobileHelp yall have all foreigners on the as customer service reps on the phone who have this barely understandable dialect. Who offer no assistance and are rude.

  • RogerEntner
    Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported

@ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU

  • LordAtumRA
    Damon Massey (@LordAtumRA) reported

@ATT it should not be this hard to pay bills T-Mobile makes it easier cricket Mobile makes it easier Verizon makes it easier everyone that has a phone service has a better way to pay the bill then AT&t's sloppy app

  • thekrejuene
    KREJUENE (@thekrejuene) reported

T-Mobile know they better fix this high *** $300 phone bill

  • stangvert_70
    Stang (@stangvert_70) reported

@TMobileHelp Here I'll save you the time. Here's what you'll have me do. Move the modem where it ends up back where it's been. Unplug and plug back in. Send me back to back refurbished modems that are bad.

  • RogerEntner
    Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported

The "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.
