I’d turn on fireplace to warm a freezing house, but last gas bill was $222 and it’s supposed to be double that for January. You well and truly suck, @SCE and @socalgas

And no one told her that until after the service rep had changed the name already so it was too late to stop.

Finally after an hour they agreed to come out. Waiting around all day and no big surprise they didn’t show up. Called again today, same routine.
