@SCE What would be nice is if @SCE would fix what’s causing these monthly outages in the Palm Springs once and for all!! Every one of them lasts a minimum of 8 hours! 8:04 this morning power’s out again until at least 4 pm! You’ve raised your rates etc now PLEASE FIX this issue!!

@SCE it is 2026. There has to be a way to conduct your maintenance without a disruption of service for over 11 hours. We have people who are on life saving mechanisms which require electricity. Families need to feed their children, some loose food (businesses, families).

@SCE I dont know where to post this but your new payment service doesnt allow me to pay on my time of use Electric bill ! I have always paid big chunks through out the year so I dont get a big bill at the end of the year why would you do this ??? Prevent customers from paying makes no sense ???

@SCE another power outage here in Del Aire area. No ALERT to let us know. We are paying 300.00 ******* dollars a month for service and we have to deal with this? I have a damn drs appt / have to be there by 7:45am. I will be getting ready in the dark and I am PISSED.

@SCE text to me..SCE: Maintenance power outage #000800498452 is scheduled at " WOOD RANCH" from 02/20/2026 at 9:00am to 02/20/2026 at 3:00pm. Prep w/backup plan. So I have to prep because they have ****** equip..sure Ill just go out, spend 100s on a generator.
