    And now she has to start the whole process from scratch setting up new service, setting up billing and autopay, etc. And no one told her this until it was too late to stop, @SCE.

    It’s ridiculous that in order for my mom to remove my deceased dad’s name from the @SCE account she has to establish an entirely new account and re-establish service. And no one told her that until after the service rep had changed the name already so it was too late to stop.

    Hi @SCE we’ve had no power for 24 hours and nothing from your company - zilch - no notice, no response - when we called it’s like there’s no one who knows what’s going on - can you please turn the power on or tell us what’s going on? So far SCE service is completely subpar.

    She’s been on the phone with @SCE for hours now. First she called to inquire about her billing statement which had suddenly doubled, and when she sorted that out, she asked about having dad’s name removed. That led to another exceedingly long hold time,

    Can you please let us know? @SCE we have called, emailed - you DMd me & haven’t asked for an address - your website says it’s still in Stage 1 which is “reported” and that’s it!There are no winds now & we are into 36 hours w/o power. Help!

    @SCE @spamuelJ21 Sooooo our power has been out for more than 24 hours and as you know we are alllll working from home - and we have freezers and fridges. I called your people and they couldn’t even tell us if it’s a “planned” outage or not. Please help. This is crazy.

    @SCE #SCE I want to apologize for the "social media misunderstanding" yesterday. I'm an upstanding citizen and haven't even had a traffic ticket in many years. I have a 33-year military service record with much of that time spent in combat. To assume that I meant something unthinkable when I meant something like legal action is horrific to me. I just want to put this behind us and move forward. You have to admit that 4 months waiting for permission to operate is a long time. None of my neighbors have gone through this when they bought a solar system. We are two retired & disabled veterans having to pay for our solar AND our SCE. You are giving us unnecessary mental anguish due to you forcing us to have to wait for days and days. When will this end? Why is there no urgency?

    @jratcliff I’m glad it worked out for you. My husband contracted with @Sunrun a couple years ago. Broken promises, we pay the Sunrun fee AND our @SCE bill monthly. Battery doesn’t discharge correctly but no one competent to troubleshoot and solve. Truly maddening experience.

    @SCE if a traffic collision knocking down 1 power pole compromises the electricity for an entire neighborhood, then your power grid is way to fragile.
