I'm an upstanding citizen and haven't even had a traffic ticket in many years. I have a 33-year military service record with much of that time spent in combat. To assume that I meant something unthinkable when I meant something like legal action is horrific to me. I just want to put this behind us and move forward. You have to admit that 4 months waiting for permission to operate is a long time. None of my neighbors have gone through this when they bought a solar system. We are two retired & disabled veterans having to pay for our solar AND our SCE. You are giving us unnecessary mental anguish due to you forcing us to have to wait for days and days. When will this end? Why is there no urgency?
