City got notification halfway in. Website would not give you status; said “call 800#.” Showed “recent” rolling outage from 2008. Maps wrong. 800# shut down & hung up on people. Failure on every front.

I am disappointed that @SCE gave us no notice, offered no info on their website (only info was wrong and outdated), & hung up on residents who called. We will demand better communication from SCE.

Finally after an hour they agreed to come out. Waiting around all day and no big surprise they didn’t show up. Called again today, same routine.
