  @progressive I recently changed our car insurance. I filled out the paperwork. I am the primary. Under "additional drivers", I put my husband. The final proof of insurance card has my name in standard type. Directly under, my HUSBAND IN FULL CAPS. #Microaggression? I think so.

  @ReconMarine95 @zacharoni_07 @progressive I don’t buy it. They investigate they talk with witnesses. It is an investigation without result. Is it a violation of the traffic laws that caused it, which party violated the code. Not insurance companies decisions because they are not neutral.

  I just canceled and I’m not renewing my @progressive insurance. I switched to @GEICO with the price they gave me for two cars and renters insurance progressive wouldn’t even give me renters insurance even though I’ve been with them for 3years blamed it on Cali. Thank you God.

  .@safelite Funny you do not give customers a service survey anymore. You suck, @progressive. You do too. If you think repairing a glass is ok, especially for a fairly new vehicle, you are gross. I am sick and tired of services and warranties going down the drain. I am sick of bad service, and I am sick of insurance grossness and collusion with glass companies that say, "Oh, blame the insurance." Dude, you have a MONOPOLY—what do you care??? Zip, zero.

  @Rhopunzel @Marsupial_Gamer @progressive Yeah some people just lie about or are too lazy to change address after a move, they’re required to add all people who claim your home as residence to the policy. It is however very annoying, so I get the frustration. You’ll 100% get the money back though
