The final proof of insurance card has my name in standard type. Directly under, my HUSBAND IN FULL CAPS. #Microaggression? I think so.

Is it a violation of the traffic laws that caused it, which party violated the code. Not insurance companies decisions because they are not neutral.

I switched to @GEICO with the price they gave me for two cars and renters insurance progressive wouldn’t even give me renters insurance even though I’ve been with them for 3years blamed it on Cali. If you think repairing a glass is ok, especially for a fairly new vehicle, you are gross. I am sick and tired of services and warranties going down the drain. I am sick of bad service, and I am sick of insurance grossness and collusion with glass companies that say, "Oh, blame the insurance." Dude, you have a MONOPOLY—what do you care??? Zip, zero.

It is however very annoying, so I get the frustration. You’ll 100% get the money back though

Grandson was driving & totaled my car, totaled other party's car. @Progressive finally paid the other party's car this past December 2025. To date, I have not received a dime. They are crooks and conmen! Wrong. Just wrong!
