Brentwood looked out in most areas around Marsh Creek/Balfour...and Rob a power outage during the 49ers game I imagine many frustrated fans will be voicing their feelings loudly, their viewership is way up again.

I know @offgridteacher said she saw quite a line of traffic headed up 80 yesterday afternoon. I do like the more targeted PSPS rather than the mass areas last year.
