    Day 2 of public virtual school and @PECOconnect schedules a power outage for maintenance in half of my neighborhood. Most folks didn’t get the notice. Cool.

    @1509lucky @PECOconnect I can mail a check but it’ll be late or I call and get charged a $3 service fee! Ridiculous! This is why I don’t trust them taking money directly each month.

    @PECOconnect Sent a DM about why I haven't received a bill 2 months after moving my service to a new address. The customer service rep I have been on the phone with for close to 30 minutes hasn't been helpful in the least. Would love an answer.

    @PECOconnect here’s an idea, how about you pay your (Im assuming) union workers overtime, and schedule planned outages on a weekend day????? You constantly make the life of those you “provide electricity” (I say that loosely, since my power is always out) difficult!
