Why can I not just go on your website, put in the account number on my bill, confirm the service address on my bill, put in my card information, and select how much money to put toward the account selected?

You constantly make the life of those you “provide electricity” (I say that loosely, since my power is always out) difficult!

Applied for rebates 11/25. today on followup call 4 was told to verify gas conversion was completed w/no info on what’s acceptable proof
