    @PECOconnect I cannot afford another hike in your service. I keep reading it's another 10%. You need to understand you raised my rates 68%. I used to spend 160 in the winter, it's now 270. I should not be subjected to this increase.

    @1509lucky @PECOconnect I can mail a check but it’ll be late or I call and get charged a $3 service fee! Ridiculous! This is why I don’t trust them taking money directly each month.

    @PECOconnect There are still 13 people in the Blue Ridge section of Levittown without power. That's down from 118, which is great, but please don't forget the others. They have now lost all the food in their refrigerators. It's a tough time of year to be putting more money out

    @PECOconnect why do I need a login to pay my power bill online? Why can I not just go on your website, put in the account number on my bill, confirm the service address on my bill, put in my card information, and select how much money to put toward the account selected?

    @PECOconnect @NoGunZonePhilly @FOX29philly my bones hurt! I have a headache from almost freezing to death, all because u guys have incompetent workers that are unable to do their jobs! I’m sure the Asians or Mexicans could and would have fixed that **** in no time!!!!! 20 hours

    @PECOconnect here’s an idea, how about you pay your (Im assuming) union workers overtime, and schedule planned outages on a weekend day????? You constantly make the life of those you “provide electricity” (I say that loosely, since my power is always out) difficult!

    @PECOconnect can you tell me if any planned outages tomorrow in Ardmore, PA 19003? My neighbor two blocks down got a notice for one but I did not… and I don’t want to call the emergency line. However we need to know to plan for tomorrow.

    @PECOconnect this 25+ year customer Bought your pitch to convert to gas heat. Paid PECO to install gas line & Installed high efficiency boiler. Applied for rebates 11/25. today on followup call 4 was told to verify gas conversion was completed w/no info on what’s acceptable proof

    @PECOconnect is an absolute scam. They are charging a ridiculous deposit charge for a business account. Even though I am a well established residential customer. And they will also hold my money for 2 years. If you can do not use them as an energy supplier.
